This project is for this weeks Craftyourpassionchallenges.blogspot.com. The challenge is to use ribbon. The cute image is from https://www.etsy.com/shop/artbymiran. I colored here with water colors and alcohol markers. I sprayed a 6x12 canvas with my color mists in yellow, red and purple. I added some stamping and stenciling with modeling paste. Directly behind the image I glued some strips of ribbon to the canvas. I glued on the image and the sentiment and the final touch was adding a few stars and a ribbon in her hair. Here is my DT project for ScrapbookerPhd.blogspot.com. This month's challenge is to add texture. The first piece of texture I added was cheese cloth between the two layers of paper. On the top paper layer I added some stenciling with modeling paste and glitter acrylic paint. The fairy is a die cut that was donated to me and the sentiment is from my stash. I love how this card turned out. Thanks for stopping by -Randi

Fairy in my Teacup
Here is a lovely card I made for Craftyourpassionchallenges.blogspot.com. The challenge this week is to use at least 3 embellishments. The image is from The Paper Shelter. I colored it with Sharpie markers. The papers I used are from DCWV Primrose collection. Some of the embellishments I chose to use were flowers, tags, sequins and a doily. Fishing with Dad
This is my card for the CraftYourPassionchallenges.blogspot.com DT. The theme is Boys/Dad. This cute image is from Just Some Lines. I used water colors on this image and I love the way it turned out. The papers and letter stickers are from my stash. I inked the paper layers in black ink and used some bubble wrap and white paint to add a bit of texture to the background. A few sequins were the perfect final touch. Thanks for stopping by -Randi

Torn
This is a new 5x5 card for Craft Your Passion. This week the challenge is to use ripped or torn paper. The image is from Delicious Doodles. This was a great image to work with. I used papers from DCWV Rock Star paper pack. I cut a few small pieces from the collection, tore the edges and ripped the sides open and layered them on top of some pink misted cheese cloth. I colored the girl with my alcohol markers and tore the edges from around her. For a final touch I added some glitter to the flowers and butterfly. Unfortunately that doesn't show up well on this picture. Thanks for stopping by and let me know if you have any questions -Randi
